Care receiver accept to click on satisfied or not satisfied after a chat with a care provider, this is on the request of the careprovider.
Care receiver may chat with more than one care provider once logged in, this will enable care receiver access maximum health information as the case may be
Care receiver must ensure a functional email as further information including but not limited to prescription, laboratory examination(s) will be sent there.
